Your privacy and security are important to us. Because I gather certain types of information about people and groups that may want to hear me speak, I feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information I gather and how I use it.

I am the sole administrator of the information collected on this site. I willl not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement without the consent of the my clients (except as required by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others).  I collect information from our my potential clients at several points on this website.

CONTACT FORMS

I collect and use client details for quotation and billing purposes, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs.  You may opt out of promotional emails. 

LOG FILES

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, monitor client website behaviour, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

SECURITY

This website takes every precaution to protect my clients’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Personal information collected at this website is stored in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving sensitive consumer data) exchanged with our site.

LEGAL REQUESTS

I cooperate with law enforcement inquiries and demands for information that are made under the force of law. Therefore, I may provide personal information to law enforcement agencies in what we believe to be emergency situations, and I may provide personal information where required by statute, court order, legal process, or lawful authority, and I may provide it to our legal counsel in connection with the foregoing.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT

Clients who no longer wish to receive my marketing communication emails may opt out of receiving them by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in these emails.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If I decide to change my privacy policy, I will post those changes on this page so my clients are always aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under circumstances, if any, I disclose it. If at any point I decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, I will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether we use their information in this different manner. I will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
