Kristi Herold is an outgoing, sporty, small-town girl, who has built a multi-million dollar global business, connecting over 1.5 million people through PLAY.

Kristi founded JAM (formerly Sport & Social Group) in 1996, and as CEO, she has led her team in growing JAM to be one of the largest adult recreational sports league providers in the world.  When the 2020 pandemic forced sports to pause, Kristi and her team pivoted to helping corporate teams around the world, improve their culture through PLAY.

Kristi splits her time between Toronto, Canada, and Nosara, Costa Rica with her husband David and their Brady Bunch, Cassidy, Andie, Nicholas, Georgia, Dax, and Iain.
